CATI – Dedicated Telephone Interviewing Unit 
We have established a 10 station (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) CATI unit in our Belfast Office.
Operating from 9am to 9pm it provides the capacity to conduct Business to Business and Consumer interviews across Ireland. This technology allows us to process the data continuously and not only check on the number of interviews completed but also view the results within minutes of the interviews being completed.
